MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />Mayor Marty welcomed Boy Scout Troop 167 and indicated they will be leading the Pledge of 16 <br />Allegiance. Following the Pledge, Mayor Marty welcomed each Boy Scout, noting they are 17 <br />working on their Communication Civic Merit Badge. 18 <br /> 19 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, and Flaherty 20 <br /> 21 <br /> NOT PRESENT: Thomas. 22 <br /> 23 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 24 <br /> 25 <br /> A. Monday, January 9, 2006 City Council Agenda 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, January 9, 2006 agenda as 28 <br />presented. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 33 <br /> 34 <br />David Jahnke, 8428 Eastwood Road, referenced the EDA discussion and asked whether the park 35 <br />dedication fee has to be paid two times if someone wants to build two different facilities on a 36 <br />piece of land. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty explained that if the park dedication fee was paid on the first project, then it is not 39 <br />charged again for the second project, if on the same property. However, if the land is subdivided 40 <br />and one lot sold for another building, then a park dedication fee would need to be paid. 41 <br /> 42
