Public Hearing, First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 765, 9 <br />an Ordinance Vacating Excess Easements and Right of Way within 10 <br />the Medtronic CRM Plat 11 <br /> 12 <br />Community Development Director Ericson presented the areas to be vacated as a result of this 13 <br />ordinance. He noted a second reading would occur at a future meeting. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Councilmember Thomas stated this was only for street utilities only and they were not vacating 16 <br />all of the easements. 17 <br /> 18 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Thomas.
