Resolution 6732 Authorizing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Mounds 7 <br />View Salary Compensation Study and Pay Equity Report. 8 <br /> 9 <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed a RFP for a Mounds View Salary Compensation Study and 10 <br />Pay Equity Report was discussed at the last Human Resources Committee and at the February 11 <br />Work Session on January 30, 2006. He stated the RFP should be reviewed and appropriate 12 <br />changes made if necessary. He stated Staff recommends adopting Resolution 6732 approving the 13 <br />RFP for Position Classification/Salary Compensation System and authorizing its distribution. 14 <br /> 15 <br />MOTION/SECOND: FLAHERTY/MARTY. Resolution 6733 Authorizing the Abatement of Nuisance Conditions at 2408-22 <br />2410 County Road I 23 <br /> 24 <br />Community Development Director Ericson explained that on December 28, 2005 a notice of 25 <br />violation was issued and served upon the responsible parties for violations of the City Code 26 <br />present at 2408-10 County Rd I, AKA Sam’s Food Market and a self serve laundry. Staff 27 <br />recommends approval of Resolution 6733, authorizing abatement of nuisance conditions present 28 <br />at 2408-10 County Rd I. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Councilmember Flaherty asked if there is a specific date the violation needs to be addressed by. 31 <br />Director Ericson responded the date has elapsed. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Councilmember Flaherty asked if there has there been any communication with the responsible 34 <br />parties. Director Ericson stated Building Inspector Anderson indicated no correspondence has 35 <br />been received and several attempts have been made to contact property owner. 36 <br /> 37 <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/THOMAS.
