RESOLUTION NO. 6776 <br /> <br />APPROVE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH SHORT, ELLIOTT, HENDRICKSON INC., AND AUTHORIZE SERVICES <br />IN REGARD TO SPACE UTILIZATION AND PRELIMINARY COST <br />ESTIMATES FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER REMODELING <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Community Center Task Force has <br />Staff has recognized and recommended to the City Council to consider <br />improvements to the Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 6, 2006, it was the consensus of the City <br />Council to consider action that would be consistent with the recommendations of <br />the Task Force, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 2006, the City’s engineering and <br />architectural firm of Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) submitted a <br />Supplemental Letter of Agreement along with a list of the scope of work to be <br />provided; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of the proposed services is estimated to be <br />$9,500; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute <br />said Supplemental Letter Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
