WHEREAS, the following is a list of recommended actions, should the City <br />Council wish to proceed with this project: approve the feasibility report, hold a <br />public improvement hearing, order the project, and authorize the preparations of <br />plans and specifications for the Medtronic Utility Extension Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The preliminary feasibility report, which was prepared pursuant to <br />Resolution 6652 for the Medtronic Utility Extension Project, finds <br />the improvements to be necessary, cost effective and feasible and <br />is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. Said improvements are hereby ordered and shall hereafter be <br />known and referred to as the Medtronic Utility Extension Project. <br />Said ordering of the improvements shall be valid for a period of <br />eighteen (18) months from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />3. It is hereby ordered that the Medtronic Utility Extension Project <br />shall be made without a public hearing under Minnesota Statute, <br />Chapter 429, Subdivision 3, being that the City has been petitioned <br />for these improvements via developer’s agreement with Medtronic. <br /> <br />4. That the preparation of the construction plans and specifications for <br />the Medtronic Utility Extension Project is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />5.
