(room 102) was also redesigned to properly accommodate the special <br />requirements of the acoustical ceiling panels in this room. <br />Change Order No. 15 <br />ASI-19: in the amount of $4,482.00. This represents four changes: <br /> <br /> An additional detail in the vestibule (room 100) <br /> <br /> The addition of twelve transfer air ducts (between offices and the adjacent <br />corridors) <br /> <br /> Prepping and painting of the mechanical duct work in the basement <br /> <br /> The addition of 32 square feet of terrazzo flooring in the alcove to Men’s <br />(room 130) and Women’s (room 131) restrooms <br /> <br /> <br />Change Order No. 16 <br />ASI-32: in the amount of $977.00. This represents three separate changes: <br /> <br /> The thickness of the interior glazing in the Police Detention / Intoxilizer <br />Room (room 145) was upgraded for safety. <br /> <br /> A manual crank handle was added to the overhead coiling door at the <br />main desk area (room 104). <br /> <br /> An electric strike was added to the main Police entry door (room 132). <br /> <br />Change Order No. 17 <br />ASI-47: in the amount of $29,285.00. This is for HVAC improvements discussed <br />on February 27, 2006. This includes changing the control system to DDC and <br />Replacing RTU No. 6. <br /> <br /> <br />City Hall Rehabilitation Project Budget <br />The Special Projects Fund, as per the 2005 budget (Account No. 280-4160- <br />7050), has $1,600,000 budgeted for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project. <br /> <br />Change Order 11 through 17 are consistent with the projected change order <br />summary included in the March 13, 2006 Staff report. The total amount of all <br />change orders for this project is still estimated to be $94,751.00. <br /> <br /> <br />The following is a summary of the estimated final cost of this project: <br /> <br />City Hall Rehabilitation Cost Items <br />Construction Contract $1,185,000 <br />Construction Services $46,000 <br />Change Orders $94,751
