Councilmember <br /> Wuori in reading the resolutions suggested that the numbers be reversed <br /> whereby Resolution No. 4246 become 4247 and vice versa in order to set <br /> up the fund before transferring monies to it. <br /> Councilmember Quick stated that according to the City's recent <br /> survey the City has a two to one support ratio from the residents <br /> regarding the Golf Course. The residents would like to see the <br /> golf course be city owned and operated. The Council has been <br /> battering this around for awhile and now it seems to be one <br /> step closer to completion. <br /> • Councilmember Quick brought in a newspaper article which he <br /> asked Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, to read for the <br /> record.
