Mr. Warden stated that he picks up recyclables <br /> and takes them to his shop, dumps the load there and takes <br /> what is recyclable to RMR. Mr. Warden stated that he pays <br /> $80 per ton to get rid of plastic and $66 per ton to get <br /> rid of garbage. <br /> Carla Asleson stated that most Ramsey County residents are <br /> taking their materials to Supercycle. <br /> Councilmember Rickaby thanked the haulers for bringing their <br /> concerns to the Council. <br /> 6. Michele Severson, •Deputy Clerk, reviewed Resolution No. 4243 <br /> Approving a Charitable Gambling License for a One Day Off Site <br /> Lawful Gambling Permit for the White Bear Lakes Lion's Club. <br /> Severson stated that the Lion's Club had made application to <br /> the City to hold a raffle in conjunction with a banquet at the • <br /> Mermaid Supper Club on October 1, 1992. All paperwork was <br /> properly filed with the City. If this order is approved by the <br /> Council and the Order not satisfied by the owner within 20 days <br /> from the date of service of the Order, the City can obtain a Court <br /> Order to remove the boat and recoup all costs associated with its <br /> removal. <br /> Orduno stated thatthereare two amendments that need to be made <br /> to the resolution.
