Code <br /> Administrator's Review/Recommendation: U'-1 <br /> - No comments to supplement this report <br /> - Comments attached. <br /> Explanation/Summary (attach supplement sheets as necessary.) <br /> ,SUMMARY; <br /> On June 8, 1992, the City Council passed the 1st reading of Ordinance No. <br /> 510 which amends Section 6 .05 of the Mounds View City Code. This section <br /> of the Code states "all probationary, temporary and regular appointments <br /> to municipal service shall be made by the appointing authority. " It is <br /> recommended the City Code be amended, per ordinance number 510, to read <br /> "all temporary and seasonal employees appointed to municipal service shall <br /> be appointed by the City Administrator.
