ORDINANCE NO. 510 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS <br /> VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 6 ENTITLED "PERSONNEL" <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I . Chapter 6 .05, Appointments, shall be amended by <br /> deleting the following: <br /> "all probationary, tcmporary and rcgular appointmcntc to <br /> and adding the following: <br /> "all probationary full-time and part-time employees <br /> appointed to municipal service shall be appointed by the Appointing <br /> Authority" , and <br /> "all temporary and seasonal employees appointed to <br /> municipal service shall be appointed by the City Administrator" . <br /> Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on June 8, <br /> 1992 . <br /> Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br /> this 22nd day of June, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> ADMINISTRATOR <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br />
