During this fifteen year period, we have never had an <br /> occasion to utilize a second entrance if one were available. <br /> The fire department's policy is that a minimum of two entranceways be <br /> provided at all mobile home parks. Having recently inspected the <br /> original roadway as proposed on the Bauer site, it is my opinion that <br /> this roadway would be unworkable for our present apparatus and we <br /> would be unable to use it. The minimum full and clear road width we <br /> require for fire apparatus is 24 feet.
