In all cases the Fire Department will require a <br /> complete review and approval of -all fire extinguishing <br /> systems. <br /> Article 10 is amended by adding the following section: <br /> Notifying Devices <br /> Section 10.314 Non-monitored automatic fire <br /> extinguishing systems shall have both internal and external <br /> notifying devices in approved locations. <br /> Section 11. 101(a) is amended by adding subparagraph: <br /> 11) Recreation Fires. Recreational fires are those <br /> used for preparing food are permitted. The chief may <br /> promulgate such regulations as he deems necessary to <br /> implement this section. <br /> Section 11. 101 is amended by adding the following <br /> subparagraph: <br /> (e) Open Burning Restriction. Open burning is <br /> Prohibited except as allowed in section 11. 101(a) ( 1) and <br /> 11. 101( f) . <br /> if) Fires for Training Sessions. Nothing in this <br /> section shall prohibit the fire department from conducting <br /> training sessions on actual fires of any type set for that <br /> purpose. <br /> Section 11.301 is amended to read as follows. <br /> (a) For the purpose of this section, the sounding of <br /> any fire alarm system shall constitute a fire. <br /> X63.04. -AUl'OMOBILE WRECKING-YARDS, JUNK YARDS- AND- <br /> WASTE MATERIAL HANDLING PLANTS. Section 34. 104, the burning <br /> of wrecked or discarded motor vehicles or of junk of any <br /> waste materials is hereby prohibited. } <br /> {63.05. PRECAUTIONS AGAINST FIRE GENERAL is amended in <br /> its entirety as follows:' <br /> Article11, General Precautions- Against Fire, - <br /> Division 1, Incinerators and open burning, bon fires <br /> and outdoor rubbish fires, Section 11. 101(a) is amended <br /> in its entirety as follows: <br /> (a) Definitions. <br />
