Orduno <br /> explained that a space needs study was completed by The <br /> Alliance in 1990 . At this time, the study needs to be <br /> updated or redone including the City's limitations which <br /> includes making do with the existing space and space from the <br /> old water treatment plant. Alliance will complete the study <br /> for a cost of $7,750 . <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to authorize The Alliance to <br /> update the space needs study for a fee not to exceed $7,750 . <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Linke offered that The Alliance would be doing the update <br /> of the study as The Alliance had done the first space needs study <br /> and had their paperwork ready to go to update the study. <br /> REPORTS : <br /> REPORT OF COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> 1. Councilmember Wuori received a phone call from avery <br /> - - upset gentlemen. This gentlemen was upset because he <br /> did not find that the City was going to have a Fall <br /> Clean Up Day according to the City newsletter. <br />
