City Attorney Richard Meyers responded to a Letter to the Editor <br /> of the City's Official Newspaper, The New Brighton Bulletin. The <br /> question asked was, "What is non-intoxicating liquor? " City • <br /> Attorney Meyers defined non-intoxicating liquor according to <br /> Minnesota State Statutes .. <br /> 2 .
