For example, the light rail stations and adjacent <br /> systems. Also, through an ambitious advocacy group, network with <br /> other municipalities in the development of a overall system of <br /> multi-modal transportation. <br /> REVENUE RESOURCE <br /> - Budget appropriations <br /> - Grant funds <br /> MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES <br /> 1991 - Gather information <br /> Form an advocacy group <br /> 1992 and beyond - Review existing trail plans <br /> Determine points of interest <br /> Determine connecting routes <br /> Develop implementation plans <br /> Construct routes <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFF <br /> The gathering of information would be conducted by the Clerk <br /> Administrator and Department Directors. The appointment of a <br /> advocacy group would be the responsibility of the City Council. <br /> The advocacy group would be facilitated by City Staff depending <br /> upon the expertise and information available regarding the _ <br /> special interest and issues. The advocacy group would be a vital <br /> link to the community for the cooperative efforts necessary for <br /> the development of a multi-modal transportation system. <br />
