Paul: <br /> I have reviewed the rezoning done by the previous city council <br /> involving the above property. I have reviewed it with Ric, Mr. <br /> Glisan and you. In my opinion, Mr. Glisan's property and the <br /> adjoining piece should be zoned B-3 . <br /> My review of the senate action is it intended to rezone the <br /> mobile home park west of Mr. Glisan's property R-5 . Mr. Glisan was <br /> originally B-3 and not part of the trailer court. There would have <br /> been no need to rezone his property. <br /> The legal description for the rezoning was open-ended and <br /> arguably could include the Glisan property.
