(9) a chair selected by the other members. <br /> The Commission shall be assisted by a subcommittee whose <br /> members shall consist of the City Managers and Chief of Staff <br /> from the communities within Ramsey County, the Ramsey County <br /> Executive Director, and professional staff of these governmental <br /> units. This subcommittee shall provide assistance to the <br /> Commission by researching matters for the Commission and <br /> developing a set of recommendations regarding the delivery of <br /> services and programs. The subcommittee may request the research <br /> assistance of the Metropolitan Council and/or the State Planning <br /> Agency in the development of materials for the Commission. <br /> Members of the Commission and the subcommittee shall serve <br /> without compensation other than those expenses which would be <br /> reimbursed to them by the units of government who they represent. <br />
