<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6796 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE MOUNDS VIEW JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the April 10, 2006, City Council Meeting, the City Council passed <br />Resolution 6792, authorizing the firm Laumeyer & Associates to conduct a Salary <br />Compensation Study and Pay Equity Report; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to ensure that the Salary Compensation Report and Pay <br />Equity Report is accurate, Department Heads along with Staff reviewed all job <br />descriptions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, updates and changes have been made to many of the job <br />descriptions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these changes have been reviewed and approved by the <br />Department Heads. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the attached updated job descriptions to be used for the <br />Salary Compensation Study and Pay Equity Report. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of April, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
