RESOLUTION 6809 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY VEHICLE PREEMPTION (EVP) <br />INSTALLATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Eagan Companies, Incorporated has requested the <br />City’s acceptance and final payment for the Emergency Vehicle Preemption <br />(EVP) Installation Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $59,500.00, the final <br />contract cost is $59,822.77, and the final payment amount is $21,511.29. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Accepts the Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) Installation Project. <br /> <br />2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $21,511.29 to Eagan <br />Companies, Incorporated. <br /> <br />3.
