<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6850 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPOINTING NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION ALTERNATE MEMBER <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Cable Commission (NSCC) was established in 1981, <br />consisting of 10 member cities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the NSCC is charged with the duties of administering the local cable <br />agreement and managing the institutional network; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is to appoint one member and one alternate member to the <br />NSCC, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, currently a vacancy exists in the Alternate Member position and Mounds <br />View resident Jackie Entsminger has suitable experience and interest in fulfilling this <br />obligation; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota that the City does hereby adopt Resolution 6850, appointing <br />Ms. Jackie Entminger, 7954 Long Lake Road, as the North Suburban Cable Commission <br />Alternate Member. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
