<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6833 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires <br />June 30, 2006; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been conducted and <br />with the exception of a fire inspection from the Mounds View Fire Marshal, the establishment <br />satisfies all requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment’s <br />Intoxicating Liquor License pending a satisfactory fire inspection from the Mounds View Fire <br />Marshal and receipt of their Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment for <br />the time period of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007, pending a satisfactory fire inspection from the <br />Mounds View Fire Marshal and receipt of their Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 26th day of June, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
