<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6904 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR JODI SALMONSON <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jodi Salmonson has retired from the Mounds View Administration <br />Department effective August 7, 2006; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 1.02 hours as of <br />August 8, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jodi Salmonson’s current rate of pay of $14.49 per hour. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approve a <br />one-time payout of accrued and unused vacation not to exceed $14.78 to Jodi Salmonson <br />effective August 7, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
