His supervisor has <br />recently reviewed his performance as it relates to his job description. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined Mark Beer has more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of <br />his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment is consistent with the <br />Mounds View Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approving Mark Beer’s step increase in accordance with the Mounds <br />View Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br />
