ROLL CALL: Acting Mayor Stigney, Councilmember Gunn, Councilmember Flaherty, 16 <br />and Councilmember Thomas. Mayor Marty arrived at 7:44 p.m. 17 <br /> 18 <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. 19 <br /> 20 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 21 <br /> 22 <br /> A. Monday, July 10, 2006 City Council Agenda 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/FLAHERTY. To Approve the Monday, July 10, 2006 agenda as 25 <br />presented. 26 <br /> 27 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 28 <br /> 29 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 30 <br /> 31 <br />David Jahnke, 8428 Eastwood Road, asked what has been done regarding the Community Center 32 <br />and additional RFPs. Administrator Ulrich stated the item is scheduled for the July 17th Work 33 <br />Session. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mr. Jahnke asked if the Council has done anything to find out if there were any other potential 36 <br />uses or if the City will go ahead and spend the money. Administrator Ulrich replied that Staff 37 <br />has discussed other options. He added one party may be interested in renting space and there 38 <br />may be another process, which will be discussed in more detail on the 17th. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Councilmember Thomas stated there was not enough discussion time to determine a direction at 41 <br />the last Council meeting and no direction has been given to Staff. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Councilmember Flaherty added the Council decided to table the discussion until there was a full 44 <br />Council at the work session to discuss whether there should be requests for more RFPs. 45
