<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6920 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE REPAIR OF DRAINAGE AREA <br />IN LAMBERT PARK <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City annually budgets and received bids for repair of <br />drainage issues throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department solicited quotes from several <br />companies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a total of three (3) quotes have been received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low bidder was Mattco Excavation, Inc. in the estimated <br />amount of $3,900; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2006 adopted budget has $50,000.00 in funds allocated <br />for the repair of drainage issued throughout the City (account 245-4415-5150). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a contract award with Mattco Excavation, Inc. in <br />the estimated amount of $3,900.00 for the repair of the drainage swale located in <br />Lambert Park <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of August 2006. <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk/Administrator <br />(SEAL)
