RESOLUTION 6959 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE <br />2007-2008 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 22, 2006 the City Council approved Resolution 6823 <br />authorizing the preparation of a Preliminary Feasibility Report and the selection <br />of a consultant for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 6, 2006, a draft Preliminary Feasibility Report <br />for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project was submitted for the <br />City Council’s review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing is required by State Statute for <br />this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing would allow the public to learn <br />about the proposed project and to provide comments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of December 11, 2006, <br />will afford the necessary time to publish legal notices. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Sets a public improvement hearing date for said project for 7:10 pm on <br />December 11, 2006 at Mounds View City Hall. <br /> <br />2.
