<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 783 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING “APPENDIX E” OF THE <br />MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO <br />PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FEES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On November 27, 2006, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />increased selected planning and development fees. The requests for which fees have <br />increased or changed include Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Conditional Use Permits, <br />Development Reviews, Interim Use Permits, Minor Subdivisions, Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) Amendments, Variances and Zoning Code Text Amendments. The ordinance, along <br />with the complete list of minimum planning and development fees, are on file at the office of <br />the Clerk Administrator and are posted in their entirety on the City’s website, located at <br />www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us/ords/783.pdf. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />
