Attached is Resolution 6986, which authorizes a <br />severance payment to Kimberly Blackford. This payment is in accordance with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual and the current AFSCME Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />Resolution 6986 provides a payout of Ms. Blackford’s vacation hours. In accordance with the <br />current AFSCME Labor Agreement, Ms. Blackford is eligible for a vacation payout of $270.69. <br />This is calculated as 13.91 hours times her hourly salary of $19.46, which equates to a $270.69 <br />severance payment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends severance payment to Kimberly Blackford in accordance with the City’s <br />Personnel Manual and current AFSCME Labor Contract in the amount of $270.69. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
