EXHIBIT A In accordance with 27.1 of this AFSCME contract, the City and the AFSCME Union Local 2686, met on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 to discuss Pay Equity Adjustments. The following below are the wages and job titles agreed upon between the City and AFSCME Union Local 2686: Pay Equity Adjustment – effective December 31, 2006 • 5% to all Female Classifications with an additional 1% to the Account Clerk • All Administrative Assistants are put into one Category (Technicians) and given the same pay rate as the Utility Billing Clerk (non-union position) • Police Administrative Assistant will be reclassified as a Police Support Specialist and given the same rate of pay as the Technicians. • Job Titles have been changed as indicated in the July 2006 Compensation Study.
