To Approve the Executive Session Minutes of 21 <br />November 13, 2006 as presented. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 24 <br /> 25 <br />11. REPORTS 26 <br /> 27 <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Marty announced that there are openings on the Planning Commission, the Parks and 30 <br />Recreation and Forestry Commissions. The deadline to apply is December 15 and applications 31 <br />are available online and at City Hall. 32 <br /> 33 <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that there will be some openings on the Charter Commission as 34 <br />well. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> B. Reports of Staff 37 <br /> 38 <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced that Ramsey County League of Local Governments annual 39 <br />recognition of outgoing elected officials is scheduled for December 15, 2006 at the Maplewood 40 <br />Community Center. He then explained that the School District would be conducting a recount on 41 <br />Thursday based on a citizen’s petition. The recount will be done at the County offices. 42 <br /> 43 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that the legislators have asked that the meeting with Council 44 <br />be moved into January and Staff will work to schedule that meeting. 45
