November 14, 2006 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />2007-2008 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Mounds View will meet in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN at <br />7:10pm on December 11, 2006, to consider the making of an improvement to <br />rehabilitate existing streets and utilities in the area located north of County Road <br />10, pursuant to Mounds View City Charter - Chapter 8, and Minnesota Statutes <br />Sections 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />The properties proposed to be assessed for said improvements are those <br />properties located in the area north of County Road 10, generally bordered by <br />Trunk Highway 10 along the north, Jackson Drive on the east, County Road I on <br />the south, and Groveland Road on the west within the City of Mounds View (legal <br />description: Section 5 and the south ½ of section 6, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota). A map of the properties proposed to be assessed <br />is located on the reverse side of this notice. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the improvement is $4,477,100.00. A reasonable estimate <br />of the impact of the assessments will be available at the meeting.
