NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project, which was prepared pursuant to Resolution <br />6823, was submitted to the City by the engineering firm of Bonestroo, <br />Rosene, Anderlik and Associates (BRAA) dated December 2006, finds <br />the improvements to be necessary, cost effective, and feasible and is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Said improvements shall hereafter be known and referred to as the <br />2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project. <br /> <br />3.
