Liti,kixt, 9, 5, <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4033 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A Resolution Adjusting Employee Compensation in Accordance <br /> with Revised Job Value <br /> WHEREAS, the job value of the Public Works Foreman has been <br /> reviewed consistent with the City of Mounds View's comparable <br /> worth plan; and <br /> WHEREAS , the new job value shows an increase in <br /> responsibility and authority as compared tothe previous job <br /> value; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Foreman has received a high <br /> ranking in his most recent performance evaluation; and <br /> WHEREAS, an increase of 4 percent in the affected position <br /> is within the budget limitations of the City; <br /> • NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View that the salary for the of the Public Works <br /> Foreman be set at $42,224. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) . <br /> Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />
