<br /> • I have broken my job down into twelve categories. Some of these require after hours
<br /> time and more time than stated in my contract, which I had added into the amount
<br /> given for that category.
<br /> *SPRING/SUMMER YOUTH ATHLETIC - 297 hours
<br /> Includes all of the planning, programming, administering, and evaluating each of the
<br /> following activities: NYSCA, t-ball, 8-ball, superball, beginning youth softball,
<br /> elementary youth softball, junior girls softball, senior boys softball, liaison top the
<br /> Mounds View Athletic Association, Northwest Junior Tennis League, basketball camps,
<br /> volleyball camps, tennis camps, soccer camp and football camp.
<br /> *SPRING/SUMMER ADULT ATHLETICS - 294 hours
<br /> Includes all the planning, programming, administering, and evaluating each of the
<br /> following activities: Men's softball, women's softball, co-rec sand volleyball, women's
<br /> golf, tennis directory and tennis spectacular.
<br /> *FALL/WINTER YOUTH ATHLETICS - 189 hours
<br /> Includes all the planning, programming, administering, and evaluating each of the
<br /> • following activities: Afterschool activities, Irondale Basketball Association liaison, Lake
<br /> Region Hockey, youth soccer, youth football, skating rinks, and wrestling clinic.
<br /> *FALL/WINTER ADULT ATHLETICS - 158 hours
<br /> Includes all the planning, programming, administering, and evaluating each of the
<br /> following activities: Fall softball, 4-man football, 3-man basketball, 4-man hockey,
<br /> broomball.
<br /> REGISTRATION - 115 hours
<br /> Mail-in and counter registration entry into the computer, entry of class codes
<br /> computer, generating class lists, etc.
<br /> *SPECIAL EVENTS - 50 hours
<br /> Coordinate Festival athletic tournaments, and other special events, i.e. Silver View
<br /> Dedication/Celebration softball game, soccer game, etc. Also assist in overseeing day
<br /> of event.
<br /> *Denotes activities which require working other than normal office hours.
<br /> • Approximate hours spent: 1507 of a one-half timeP osition of 1,040 hours.
