Call to <br /> Mayor Hankner at 7: 00 PM on Monday, October 8, 1990. Order <br /> Mayor Hankner asked that all individuals addressing <br /> the Council sign in on the sheet provided, with their <br /> name and address, for assistance in doing minutes of <br /> the meeting. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br /> Allegiance <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br /> Paone, Wuori and Mayor Hankner. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Acting Clerk/ <br /> dministrator Minetor and Planning Technician <br /> Harrington. <br /> Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to approve the 4. Residents <br /> from the floor would be moved to the end of the Requests and <br /> agenda, for future meetings, as had been discussed Comments from <br /> at the last meeting. the Floor <br /> Jerry Linke, 23] 9 Knoll Drive, requested time at the <br /> next agenda session .to discuss placement of a sign <br /> on behalf of the Mounds View Lions Club. <br /> Councilmember Blanchard stated that when this issue <br /> was discussed last fall, there was a question of the <br /> Lions Club having a sign on City Hall( property versus <br /> atthe entrances to the City.. <br /> et was agreed to place this item on the next agenda <br /> session agenda, and Staff was directed to prepare <br /> background information for the Council. <br />
