Mounds View City Council NAP ,n September 24, 1990 <br /> Regular Meeting VED <br /> Page Four <br /> 11/ <br /> Tim Nelson, of Everest' Development, explained the <br /> application addresses all performance criteria, <br /> and the improvements proposed meet or exceed <br /> requirements . Mr. Nelson reviewed the inlet and <br /> outlet for the pond. <br /> Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and <br /> reopened the regular meeting at 7: 28 PM. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to approve Resolution <br /> No . 3093, approving a wetland alteration permit <br /> for Tyson Trucking to construct a detention pond <br /> in a wetland buffer zone, 4825 Mustang Circle, <br /> and waive the reading. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Hankner suggested the scheduled public hearing 8. Public Hearing : <br /> be postponed as Attorney Meyers could not be present, Consideration <br /> and it is important to have him there as he drafted of Wetland <br /> the plan and knew the background and could explain Zoning <br /> the legal ramifications . She further noted she does Ordinance <br /> not want to rush anything through. <br /> Mr. Linke suggested actual dates be used as a point • <br /> of reference on page 13 of the proposed ordinance. <br /> Mayor Hankner directed Staff to work out a schedule <br /> with Attorney Meyers, of when he could be present for <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Mayor Hankner requested Item C be removed from the 9. Approval of <br /> consent agenda. Consent <br /> Agenda <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the <br /> consent agenda, minus Item C, and waive the reading <br /> of the resolutions. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Hankner suggested action on Item C, approval <br /> of an administrative policy regarding Council meet- <br /> ing video tapes, be postponed. The Council asked <br /> Staff last week to check with the library to see <br /> whatstorage they would have available. She <br /> explained more and more requests are being received <br /> from people who come in and want to view the tapes, <br /> and it can be costly and involves Staff time. The • <br /> Council is looking for better way's-to have the tapes <br /> available to the public that would be more cost <br /> effective. <br />
