' <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Acting Clerk/ <br /> aministrator Minetor. <br /> Motion/Second: Wuori/Blanchard to approve the July 4. Special Order <br /> they are proposing changes in the way they deliver of Business <br /> aviation mana•ement •r _ 112 ' 110 _ <br /> the disabled tower at the Anoka County Airport for <br /> instruction and simulation for students . He stressed <br /> they would in no way be involved in the air traffic <br /> at the airport, and that their program teaches air <br /> traffic control . Liability coverage is beyond their <br /> means, and students will not be dealing with any <br /> actual aircraft. They will work with MAC and the <br /> City of Blaine, and will be a business tenant, not an <br /> aviation tenant . <br /> Duane McCarty, 8060 Long Lake Road, questioned why <br /> they chose the Anoka airport and not another one. <br /> 0. 11!Sayer explained they would like a more central- <br /> ized location, but this is the closest airport to the <br /> school . They have looked at other sites away from the <br /> airport, but did not find anything that fit into their <br /> budget . <br />
