Grooming <br /> She explained the ordinance is vague relative to a School, Silver <br /> pet grooming facility, but she has reviewed the View Plaza, <br /> matter with the City Attorney, who has determined 2540 Highway 10, <br /> this proposed use would fit. Planning Case <br /> No. 291-90 <br /> The Planning Commission has reviewed the request and <br /> recommended approval . It was noted animals would not <br /> be kept overnight. <br /> Mayor Hankner requested a letter from Elaine <br /> Shepard be entered into the record, indicating she <br /> is in favor of the conditional use permit. <br /> 410 <br /> Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and reopened <br /> the regular meeting at 7:31 PM. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution <br /> No. 3019, approving a conditional use permit for Twin <br /> City School of Pet Grooming for a pet grooming school <br /> at 2540 Highway 10, Silver View Plaza, Mounds View <br /> Planning Case No. 291-90, and waive the reading. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Hankner stated this discussion tonight would be limited 8. Continued <br /> to that of Councilmembers. She stated that the Council has had . Discussion of <br /> many meetings on this issue and taken extensive input. Proposed <br /> Alignment of <br /> Mr. McCarty stated he was waiting for a ruling from the City Highway 10/610 <br /> Attorney, as he feels the Council cannot stope input from people. and County <br /> Road J <br /> Mayor Hankner explained the Council has been criti- <br /> cized for taking too much input, or not enough, and <br /> it is time for the Council to get on and make a <br /> decision. She reviewed the history and time table <br /> of what has happened in recent months. Many opportu- <br /> nities and requests for input from the residents have • <br /> been given. <br />
