MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 286-90 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> AND VARIANCE REQUEST BY STEVE MELBY FOR A SECOND ACCESSORY <br /> BUILDING AT 8419 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 290-90 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> request by Mr. Steven Melby for a conditional use permit to <br /> allow a second accessory building on the property located at <br /> 8419 Spring Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission understands that the <br /> second garage is newly constructed on the lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code allows a second <br /> accessory building by conditional use permit provided that the <br /> total square footage of all accessory buildings does not <br /> exceed 1,264 square feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the accessory building meets the minimum setback require- <br /> ments;and <br /> WHEREAS, the maximum square footage for an accessory <br /> building allowed is exceeded by 142 square feet;and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the <br /> requested conditional use permit contingent upon the <br /> following: <br /> a. That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> b. That the applicant understands that no other <br /> accessory building will be allowed on this <br /> property. <br />
