, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 286-90 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> c . No motor vehicles other than licensed collectors <br /> vehicles allowed <br /> d. There will be no improved or unimproved driveway <br /> access to the accessory structure. <br /> e. That the building shall be a permanent structure <br /> and maintain a uniform appearance with the <br /> principal structure. <br /> f. That if the use should change from what the <br /> permit was granted for, the permit will be null <br /> and void. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the variance is granted <br /> on the hardship that the City granted a building permit in <br /> error for the construction of an oversized accessory building; <br /> and further recommends that the building permit be amended to <br /> reflect the change from garage to accessory building. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes . <br /> 411 Adopted this 18th day of April, 1990. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Planner <br />
