52 .13 <br /> 52. 12 52 . 13 FIREWORKS PROHIBITED. No person shall <br /> discharge any fireworks within the City parks, playground, open <br /> space or recreation area without the written permission of the <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation and the approval of the Fire <br /> Chief. <br /> 52. 13 52. 14 CAMPING PROHIBITED. No person shall <br /> camp nor set up tents, shacks, trailers, or any other temporary <br /> shelter for the purpose of camping in any City park, playground, <br /> open space or recreation area without the written approval of the <br /> City Council. Any dumping of human or other waste upon park, <br /> playground, open space or recreation areas shall be a public <br /> nuisance. <br /> 52. 14 52. 15 UNAUTHORIZED GOLF PROHIBITED. No person <br /> shall play or practice golf nor use golf equipment of any kind in <br /> a City park, playground, open space or recreation area except <br /> under the direct supervision of an employee of the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation or as a scheduled part of the City's park <br /> and recreation program. <br /> 52. 15 52. 16 ANIMALS TO BE LEASHED. No person shall <br /> allow his dog or other domestic animal in a public park or open <br /> space without being effectively restrained by chain or leash or <br /> contrary to any other provisions of the municipal code. No <br /> person shall allow defecation from his dog or domestic animal to <br /> remain deposited upon City parks, playgrounds, open space or • <br /> recreation areas. <br /> 52 . 1G 52 .17 FIRES TO BE CONTROLLED. No person shall <br /> ignite a fire in any parks, playground, open space or recreation <br /> area except in places provided for such purposes. Persons <br /> igniting a fire in a provided place shall completely extinguish <br /> such fire prior to departing. No fires shall be permitted <br /> contrary to the municipal code. <br /> 52. 17 52 .18 PENALTIES. Any person, firm, <br /> corporation, or association violating the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> 52. 18 52 . 19 ENFORCEMENT. This code shall be <br /> enforced by the Mounds View Police Department which shall have <br /> the responsibility to patrol City parks and enforce the <br /> applicable ordinances and regulations. <br /> • <br />
