52. 07 <br /> 411 52.00 52.07 SNOWMOBILES. See Chapter 202 as it <br /> relates to parks. <br /> 52.07 52.08 SWIMMING. No person shall swim, bathe <br /> in, or enter any park waters or unauthorized swimming areas <br /> except where indicated by City authorized sign placed by the <br /> Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> 52. 08 52. 09 DAMAGING OR REMOVING PROPERTY <br /> PROHIBITED. No person shall destroy, damage, mar, deface or <br /> otherwise injure any property or facility in City parks, <br /> playgrounds, open space or recreation area. No person shall <br /> break, cut, mutilate, injure, remove, or carry away any tree, <br /> plant, flower, shrub, rock, soil, sand, fence, benches, tables, <br /> or any property or facilities located in City parks, playgrounds, <br /> open space or recreation areas. <br /> 52.09 52. 10 TRAPPING BY PERMIT ONLY. No person <br /> shall place or set any trap or device designed to kill or capture <br /> wild animals upon privately owned or public lands within the City <br /> in violation of any law, ordinance or rule pertaining to <br /> trespassing. No person shall engage in trapping on publicly <br /> owned lands within the City without possessing a valid permit. A <br /> permit may be issued by the City Council to any applicant who can <br /> satisfactorily demonstrate the following: <br /> • (1) They possess a valid state trappers license; or <br /> (2) They are under the age of 16 years and have <br /> completed a course in trapper education offered by <br /> or under the sponsorship of the Dept. of Natural <br /> Resources; or <br /> (3) They have at least three years of previous <br /> trapping experience and have not, within the <br /> preceding three years, been convicted of a <br /> violation of any trapping law, ordinance or rule. <br /> No person shall place or set any trap with a jaw spread <br /> greater than six inches upon privately or publicly owned lands <br /> within the City. <br /> 52. 10 52 . 11 SELLING PROHIBITED. No person shall <br /> sell any article whatsoever in any City park, playground, open <br /> space or recreation area unless specifically authorized by the <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation, in conformity with all statutes <br /> and ordinances relating thereto. <br /> 52. 11 52. 12 POSTING OF SIGNS AND HANDBILLS <br /> PROHIBITED. No person shall paste nor affix nor inscribe any <br /> handbill or poster or sign on any structure or property in any <br /> • City park, playground, open space or recreation area unless <br /> specifically authorized by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br />
