If the Council finds the proposal worthy of further investigation on November 6th, <br />it would need to come back to them at a council meeting for official approval of <br />the proposal and the associated contract. This proposal would also require a <br />special use permit. It would therefore need to be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission as well.
