<br /> <br />Staff would like direction on whether to proceed forward for a 3% cost of living increase (effective January <br />1, 2007), proceed with a health insurance contribution of $732. 20 (effective January 1, 2007), and <br />proceed with a 5% pay equity adjustments for non-union female job classifications (effective December <br />31, 2006). As stated earlier, if the City Council agrees, then this will be presented as a Resolution for <br />approval at the next City Council Meeting scheduled for December 11, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree M.
