Consideration of <br /> Resolution No. 151-85 regarding satellite dishes Rslt. No. 151-85 <br /> until it was time for the informational meeting <br /> to begin. <br /> Chairman Mountin explained no formal application 6. Informational <br /> has been received by the City, but the Planning Meeting: Red Oak <br /> Commission is looking at this proposed development School Site Subd. <br /> on an informational basis only. <br /> Mr. Chuck Cook, developer of the property, explained <br /> he is in the process of purchasing the property from <br /> the school district, and the site would be used as it <br /> is presently zoned and all lots will comply with City <br /> code requirements. He explained he would subdivide <br /> the area into 16 single family lots, with street <br /> construction planned for this summer. He added that <br /> the cost for all improvements to the site would be <br /> paid for by himself, as well as the cost for changing <br /> the power lines in the area. Mr. Cook presented a <br />
