No. <br /> dishes, and had a lengthy debate concerning 151-85 (Cont. ) <br /> screening requirements and how they were to be <br /> enforced. They made several changes to Ordinance <br /> No. 403. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Zollner to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 151-85, amending the Municipal Code of Mounds <br /> View by amending Chapter 40 entitled "Zoning" . <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Director Thatcher reported Blaine has made some 7 . Review of Blaine' s <br /> minor changes to the land use plan, but they did Proposed Revisions <br /> not make any of the changes Mounds View was to Future Land <br /> concerned with. He read the original letter the Use Plan Map <br /> City had sent to Blaine, and stated they will <br /> send another letter, stating that their concerns <br /> still stand. <br /> Director Thatcher explained this subdivision was 8. John Enberg, <br /> approved by the Council in June of 1981, but the 3030 County Rd J, <br /> owner did not file it with Ramsey County so it <br /> 4110 <br /> Case 78-81 <br /> must be reapproved at this time in order for him <br /> to file it. <br /> Chairman Mountin noted it should be changed to <br /> R-1 the next time the map is updated. <br /> Motion/Second: Anderson/Forslund to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 152-85, recommending City Council <br /> approval of Mcunds View Planning Case 185-86, <br /> minor subdivision for 3030 County Road J. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Director Thatcher reviewed proposed Resolution 9 . Staff Report <br /> No. 153-85 regarding the zoning of property <br /> bounded on the north by County Road H, on the <br /> east by Interstate 35W, and on the south and <br /> west by Highway 10. It was determined that <br /> the Planning Commission would like the Council <br /> to have the Park and Rec Conunission give their <br /> input on this. It was stated that they have <br /> considered an MTC Park and Ride as a use of <br /> that site. <br /> III <br />
