PROCEEDINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Special Meeting <br /> August 21, 1986 <br /> Mounds View City Hall <br /> 2401 Hwy. 10 , Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission was called to_order 1 . Call to Order <br /> by Chairman Mountin at 7 : 49 PM on Thursday, <br /> August 21 , 1986. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Miller, Zollner, 2. Roll Call <br /> Forslund and Chairman Mountin. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Public Works Supervisor/Building <br /> Inspector Rose , Councilmember Blanchard and <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley. <br /> There were no residents requests or comments from 3. ReResidentssand <br /> the floor. Comments from <br /> the Floor <br /> Mr. Rose brieflIr reviewed the..request of Dynamic 4. Dynamic Designer <br /> Designers, and he clarified for the Commissioners <br /> Case 138-83 <br /> that the property was combined, and they have <br /> received a registered survey, showing that it was <br /> done . He also passed out two resolutionts which <br /> Mr. Thatcher had prepared, one dealing with the <br /> variances and one for the conditional use permit <br /> and development proposal. <br /> Chairman Mountin reminded the Commissioners that any <br /> variancel3 granted would remain with the property, but <br /> she also pointed out that according to the proposed <br /> resolution, all variances would be null and void if <br /> the project is not constructed within one year of <br /> approval of the resolution. <br /> Mr. Rose explained there is a positive outlet for the <br /> area, which is blocked, which is why the area became <br /> a wetland in the first place, when Bronson Drive was <br /> put through. <br /> Chairman Mountin recalled that a good deal of fill <br /> had been approved for this property with the Rice <br /> 0 Creek Watershed District before the moritorium was <br /> imposed. <br />
