No. 212-88, CUP <br /> for Metro Waste <br /> Planner Herman stated she had spoken with the City Control Comm. <br /> Attorney regarding the question of banning a metal <br /> building as a condition within a conditional use <br /> permit. He felt this was allowable under the Code, <br /> although it had never been done before. She also <br /> pointed out that there is a metal building on the <br /> Edgewood Community Center property, fronting onto <br /> 'County <br /> Road H. She also noted that a permit has not <br /> been issued yet from the Rice Creek Watershed District, <br /> but it has been applied for and there is no anticipated <br /> problem in receiving one. <br /> a <br />
