It <br /> was decided to send notification to the owner of the <br /> shopping center of the conditions that would be <br /> approved. <br /> An unidentified resident expressed concern about the <br /> clean-up of any messes the animals might make in the <br /> parking lot outside the shopping center. <br /> Mr. Barcus, the applicant, explained they would have <br /> a sign at the receptionist ' s desk, requesting the <br /> customers to notify them of any accidents, which they <br /> would immediately clean up. He also pointed out the <br /> parking is directly in front of the office, with <br /> only 15 ' to go to get inside. He also explained that <br /> cement is very easy to clean up. <br /> Commissioners Simons left the meeting at 9 :26 PM. <br /> Motion/Second: Saunders/Zollner to recommend to the <br /> Council adoption of the Zoning Code change to <br /> Chapter 40. 02, Subdivision B, 110. 0, and renumbering <br /> drf all the following paragraphs, and the adoption of <br /> apter 40. 17, Subdivision D, 4 a and b. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Burgers to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 222-88 , recommending approval of a conditional use <br /> permit for a veterinary animal clinic for Kevin Barcus, <br /> 2554 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Due to time constraints on the part of the applicant <br /> for beginning construction of the office, to be ready <br /> by the beginning of July, City Planner Herman agreed <br /> to place the item on the consent agenda for the City <br /> Council meeting of April 25, to set a public hearing <br /> for May 16. <br /> The attendees at the April 20, 1988 agenda session 7 . Chairman 's <br /> were Commissioners Simons, Saunders, Burgers, Zollner, Report <br /> Miller, Chairman Mountin, City Planner Herman and <br /> Councilmember Wuori, with Commissioner Peters having <br /> an excused absence. <br /> 4101twas agreed, due to the vacation schedule of City <br /> lanner .Herman, to hold the May agenda session after <br /> the regular meeting on May 4, and then call to order <br /> on May 18, in lieu of the regular June 1 meeting. <br />
