It was also <br /> pointed out that it could be many years off . <br /> Councilmember Wuori reported the new Comp Plan <br /> should be coming in within the next month, and they <br /> need to review it and see how it reads. <br /> City Planner Herman reported Staff is trying to <br /> rewrite the ordinance for air conditioners, before <br /> redoing the Code. She explained the existing Code <br /> was not being adhered to strictly, and it is <br /> causing problems. <br /> City Planner Herman reported Scott Hyser has <br /> requested a 6' fence for his side yard again. She <br /> explained it had been discussed once before. It <br /> was agreed to discuss the issue after the regular <br /> meeting was adjourned. <br /> Councilmember Wouri advised the City Council has <br /> looked at the Amoco car wash proposal and will be <br /> etting a public hearing at their next meeting. <br /> � <br /> Councilmember Wouri reported they will most likely 8.
